RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT ROLE - HEALTH AND FITNESS DIVISION With our continued expansion, 4Leisure Recruitment’s Health and Fitness division, is recruiting for a new consultant to join our team 4Leisure specialise in placing temporary and permanent staff within the Leisure industry, throughout the UK. Working with some of the UKs leading operators and renowned names in the industry, we are looking for a consultant to provide a first-class service through outstanding communication, organisation and delivery of temporary staff. The ideal person will have worked in a fast-paced health and fitness environment and be self motivated to exceed targets and expectations. They must be a proactive solution finder who will pride themselves on sourcing, assessing and briefing the highest calibre of temporary staff available, according to their client’s needs. A natural ability to engage, build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients is integral for this position. If you can bring professionalism, personality and ambition to this role we will provide you with outstanding training, a vibrant working environment and a competitive basic salary, with a superb potential bonus OTE c£40k - uncapped.
