This means everything from weekly work socials to pub to mystery weekends away, which have previously taken the team to Prague What they do: A specialist recruitment agency specialising in the tech industry, this rapidly growing scale-up company are now looking to further expand its London office by investing in multiple driven graduates What you will be doing: As a graduate recruitment consultant you will be responsible for networking and sourcing high calibre candidates in the tech industry. You will then match these candidates to your massive portfolio of clients, guiding them through the whole process. Whether it's taking candidates for lunch or coffee, from day one there is high autonomy within the role with an emphasis on client and candidate satisfaction. After your first promotion you will be in direct contact with new and existing clients, building out your own network of tech professionals and companies. For every candidate you place into a job you will see a cut of the fee go straight onto your pay-check.
