Overview

We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company. Partner with office leadership to originate, generate and win new business opportunities through traditional and creative approaches to sales Build out a pipeline of events, networking conferences and activities to generate visibility of Blue State in London Act as the ‘face’ of the agency being able to speak in-depth about our services, values and ambitions Build a view of upcoming and potential leads focusing on our core focus areas of International NGOs and values-orientated brands Gather and review leads, briefs and tenders working with the team to prioritise the right upcoming expansion opportunities against a list of criteria Gather, review and prioritise a clear list of funding and framework bids at a European and national level Plan opportunity approaches and pitches developing compelling proposals which meet organisation’s requirements and needs Communicate Blue States value proposition to prospective clients in a manner appropriate for the target audience of C Suite executive and/or nonprofit leadership Report to office leadership and executive leadership on pipeline development 5 years experience in a sales role Experience in an agency or digital marketing environment A track record of high sales performance Excellent communication skills - written and verbal Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills Confident and personable relationship builder Entrepreneurial, self-motivated mentality; driven at all times to meet and exceed goals Desire to make a positive impact in the world
