Overview
Our client, a well-established independent firm of Residential Surveyors with a reputation for quality and excellent staff retention rates, have several immediate opportunities across London and the South East and offer Residential Surveyors a genuine alternative to corporate employment without the loss of earning potential. They are currently seeking experienced Residential Surveyors conversant in Mortgage Valuations and Homebuyer Reports (though can provide suitable cross-training if relevant structural or valuation knowledge is strong) in the following locations: South West London East London / Essex South East London / North Kent Suitable Residential Surveyors will hold MRICS/FRICS ideally (AssocRICS considered) be accredited on the Valuer Registration Scheme (VRS / RICS Registered Valuer) and live within a reasonable distance to the above. Remuneration for the successful Residential Surveyor will comprise a base salary circa £50k, a lucrative fee-related commission scheme (with ZERO threshold), high quality company car (or allowance), pension scheme and private healthcare.
