Overview
A Graduate Surveyor is wanted to work in a UK based firm of Chartered Surveyors and property consultants who are opening a new office in the Capital, West End. Currently looking for a hungry and passionate Graduate Valuation surveyors with a desire to go down a commercial pathway, this firm is expanding and looking to build a forward thinking team to enjoy the growth and bring value and quality to the firm. The Graduate Surveyor will enjoy a variety of duties and have the opportunity to progress through this medium sized firm, becoming MRICS qualified via the APC scheme. The Successful Graduate Valuation Surveyor? Masters or Bachelors level degree in Real Estate - preferably RICS Acredited Strong technical and analytical capability. Results driven, and flexibility to move between tasks fluidly. Strong face to face client skills. Report and supply property information to financial institutions. In Return? £25,000 to £30,000.
