Overview
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join the Residential Valuation team of a leading Property Consultancy. The primary function of the role will be to undertake valuations across a range of residential assets including; owner-occupied, investment, ground round and mixed-used portfolios. The team undertake valuations for a range of purposes including; secured lending, accounts, disposal, acquisitions, re-gear and tax. Key Responsibilities Providing valuation advice to a range of clients Producing reports Undertaking Valuation calculations Mentoring junior staff Business development Key skills and experience MRICS and Registered Valuer with a minimum of two years pqe Valuation experience Residential development experience Experience using Argus Developer Attention to detail.
