The Agency We are working with a well-known and respected network agency to find them a talented Senior Digital Analyst. Based in the heart of central London, this agency works with a plethora of world-famous brands and delivers everything from large scale TVCs through to customer engagement, content & social. If you're passionate about using data to drive insights, strategy and creative then this could be the role for you The Role Reporting into the Head of Data Strategy & Analytics, you'll be working on a telco brand and a well-known high street retailer, responsible for web and campaign tracking, measuring performance and optimising where necessary. You'll design, implement and review A/B and multivariate optimisation tests. You'll pro-actively take a leading role in all aspects of the analysis work to meet client needs whether it’s taking a lead on a project, contributing to a client meeting or handling an analytical opportunity/issue. The ideal candidate To be perfect for this role you'll be more than a digital analyst, you'll have the ability to create strong and trusting working relationships with key client stakeholders, strategic, creative and account teams. You'll have the ability to simplify the complex, to show how analytics can support customer engagement strategies. You'll be adept at presenting in an articulate and engaging way - able to inspire those around you with your ideas You'll be excellent at multi-tasking, able to craft well written documentation as well as planning and directing the analysis of the client’s strategic agenda, internal culture and key stakeholder issues The Day to Day Finding insights that drive decisions, strategies, creative and business Evaluating success of campaign and business objectives Benchmarking, providing possible root causes and making strategic recommendations Test design, implementation, and strategic recommendations Working closely with the strategic, account and creative teams on specific clients Being the champion of innovative, actionable and insightful analysis Directly responsible for all outputs (reporting, analyses, dashboards, tagging, etc) Manages, scopes and plans projects with realistic goals, resources, actions and dates Proactively engage in continual learning and up-skilling of those you manage Who you are: Google Analytics and Google Analytics 360 Suite expert Expert in Tableau / Google Studio / other data platforms Proficient tagging sites using tag managers and traditionally Experience with other web analytics platforms, specifically Adobe a plus Proficient in using Social Listening software i.e. Brandwatch / Crimson Hexagon Experience in end-to-end campaign measurement 5 year web analytics experience Degree in marketing analytics, economics, statistic, mathematics a plus Agency experience/ client service This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for a talented Senior Digital Analyst to make a difference to some fantastic brands Interested in the role?
