Overview

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. Build & establish strong relationships with the global and regional clients, partners as well as internally, across the worldwide specialist teams. Forge and maintain relationships with key strategic media partners to ensure that we are fully embracing new media, technology and data opportunities as they emerge. Proactively identify business development opportunities and contribute to ideas that will unlock more value for both MS and the client business. Understand the client’s business and the digital landscape to deliver insight led communications advice, strategies and high-level plans to clients. Make continuous strategic and activation recommendations based on media owner’s opportunities and innovations and work with the various specialists and/or local teams to ensure effective implementation. Central project coordinator and communicator of all digital projects to local markets, regional teams and digital specialists across the MS and Dyson network Ensuring processes and change management are adhered to across the wider Dyson team and markets A key part of this role will involve working with business stakeholders to define and document the detailed business requirements to produce scopes Monitoring project progress in line with deadlines and reporting back to the relevant stakeholders to ensure delivery against the agreed scope and time-frame Digital all-rounder with proven experience and strong understanding of multiple digital media channels (online display, social, paid search, SEO, programmatic, etc.) as well as a passionate following of new/emerging channels & technologies Excellent verbal and written communications skills, being able to confidently and clearly present work to clients, media owners and internal stakeholders. Experience & gravitas to ‘fly solo’ & present to mid to senior weight clients. Hands on knowledge tools such as TGI & Google Analytics, search trends, ad servers (e.g. DoubleClick), social analytics (e.g. Crimson Hexagon), data visualisation & analysis tools. High level numeracy and analysis skills, to be able to interrogate data and coming out with actionable insights to inform business decisions. Significant experience in the media industry. Ability to thrive and work independently in an incredibly fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent troubleshooting skills; ability to quickly and creatively solve issues (both technical and operational) Ability to communicate process driven approaches clearly and effectively to non-technical individuals Track record delivering high quality results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Change management Experience and knowledge of the difference stages of the project management life cycle. Strong project management and resource allocation skills.
