Overview
We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. Ensure that strategic objectives are translated into business / IT plans across their perimeter Implement the centrally defined architecture and associated roadmap for 2020 onwards Design integrations between central architecture and local capabilities Accountable for operating and delivering IT services constantly striving for greater efficiency Oversee the technological infrastructure (networks and computer systems) in the organization to ensure optimal performance Maintain and evolve our hub network infrastructure for local and wide area connectivity and remote access. Ensure a proper definition of SLAs (from Central IT to Local IT and from our IT perimeter to our business) and manage the implementation and the follow-up Apply the Group Solutions projects and delivery policies and frameworks Influence Group / Central Solutions Teams Keep both on-premises and cloud solutions fully secured with a solid programme aligned with ISO 2700x standard. With a computer science and business managementeducational background, you bring extensive experience in managing diverseteams of IT professionals (operating in matrix with Central/Group andoutsourcing partner). You are familiar workingin technology and/or business roles within a company with a solid understandingof technology. You bring solid expertise in leading change and championing transformative IT andcustomer service strategies which are sources of competitive advantage anddifferentiation. You have a high level of maturity in people interface skills,working both across cultures and at various levels of the organization. A solidcommunicator, fluent in English and with strong ethics, you can influence at all levels of managementand you lead by example.
