Our Client: Well established and highly recognisable brand offering Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Building Surveying services. Projects: Commercial, Education, Heritage, Hotel, Leisure, Industrial, Residential and Retail. Company Headcount: 150 - 200 Requirements of the Quantity Surveyor: MRICS qualified 5 years industry experience Working knowledge of JCT contracts You will be based in our clients London office whilst being responsible for a large project in Hertfordshire Experience of working on projects around the £20m mark Benefits: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Private Healthcare, Pension and professional subscriptions paid, excellent bonus scheme and flexible working available.
