Overview
Macdonald & Company have been instructed by an inner London Borough on a Interim Head of Estate Regeneration Development post for an initial period of 3 months with potential of extension. The successful candidate will be able to illustrate experience in the following; Experience within a senior leadership role within development or regeneration Demonstratable understanding of complex regeneration projects Project Management oversight with use of financial appraisal tools Substantial direct and indirect line management experience with proven ability to motivate and build effective teams Chartered Surveyor Experience of stakeholder management The successful candidate will have previously worked on a large range of project teams and worked closely with external suppliers including main contractors, construction and wider regenerations teams. This position comes with a high level of management responsibility with 5 reports and up to 10 indirect reports.
