They have a great opportunity for a passionate and creativebusiness development manager. You will look after the relationships with our ever-growing family of brands and suppliers, from indie start-ups run by influencers and entrepreneurs through to big-name, well-established brands. You will be skilled at spotting trends, identifying customers needs, and reacting fast enough to ensure that our customers can be the first to experience 'the next big thing'. You will also be the lead on NPD with the opportunity to lead and create new brands and products across Aesthetics and Beauty ranges. The Ideal Candidate This is a role that will appeal to those who are versatile as you will do all elements of Buying/NPD/Relationship & Category management. Ideally you will have operated in these types of roles with an online retailer. Other key attributes which are vital include: Negotiate and develop existing suppliers as well as identifying new sourcing channels. Ensure the product range/s is in line with the most up to date market trends as well as anticipating and responding effectively to emerging competitor and customer activity. Source, range and plan competitive and commercial branded products.
