We are currently supporting an innovative, family-run SME who are actively seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their team in Southall. Are you an experienced Operations Manager? As a Operations Manager your role will be to coordinate consistent delivery on promises to customers as set out in the Customer Charter. Key responsibilities and duties of this role... * Manage key operational functions to a high standard (Logistics, Warehouse, Procurement) * Maintaining a core focus on Efficiency to drive competitiveness & profitability * Prepare for operational expansion & consistent implementation to additional depots * Continually innovating methods to improve quality, reduce cost or speed up processes Requirements The ideal candidate will have the following skills, attributes and qualifications... * Previous track record of success in deskilling operations * Previous track record of increasing operational capacity to enable scaling up * Outstanding organisational skills * Demonstrates humility and respect for others through strong leadership Skills * Excellent communication skills * Familiarity with business and financial principles * The ability to work under pressure * Previous success managing 2 or more operational Locations * Experienced working within a 16m+ operation * Previous experince mentoring, coaching and developing team members Benefits * Salary of 55,000 - 65,000 * Discretionary Bonus * Monday - Friday across a 05:30 - 17:30 operation * Car allowance * Pension * 20 days holiday + 8 days BH * Free on-site parking facilities * Free Lunch Provided
