Job Description

* Provide a professional end to end HR service to regional / store teams * Probationary review processes * Coach store management teams to enable facilitation of employee relations activity at store level, ensuring legislative and Company compliance knowledge share. * Drive the ethos of a positive employee experience through the development of communication and inclusive engagement activities * Work in collaboration with the talent development team and retail regional management team to establish succession planning and talent growth across the business * Support the development of the performance management process * Work in collaboration with the talent attraction and acquisition to develop greater stability * Research and attend networking events * Support / drive charitable, corporate responsibility and team initiatives across the business * Weekly travel to Head Office The Opportunity This is an opportunity to join a successful HR Department. The work you do will have a genuine impact on the wider business, with a range of new and exciting projects. This role will be covering our Southern and London area and will require extensive travel Skills & Experience * Communicates with clarity, conviction and energy to deliver a consistent message across the business * Organisational skills that would put an accountant to shame * Bold, curious and knows when and how to challenge appropriately * Challenge the status quo with an inclusive and passionate approach * Ability to influence and impact senior stakeholders * Sound judgement for well-rounded and consistent decision making * Self-awareness, encouraging feedback and responding * Creative and energetic written communication skills * Ideally you will be CIPD level 5 qualified, but this is not a show stopper
