Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Lead Software Engineer to oversee and manage all development operations for our Heart of Vegas products. You will be responsible for the technical direction and quality of a well-known, highly profitable product which is available on mobile, Facebook and web. Role Description: Reporting to the Technical Director, the candidate should be of lead developer/engineering manager level, with a solid software architecture background and Unity experience. You should place quality in high regard and assure confidence through sound development practices. As a manager of multiple teams, you should be a highly effective communicator as this role will require liaising between many stakeholders and participating in Scrum ceremonies. You will also be expected to provide support and grow your teams through structured development processes. Requirements * 5+ yrs experience in Unity * Strong C# knowledge * Strong software architecture knowledge * 2+ yrs lead position * Great communication skills; written and oral. * Exceptional people management skills Desirable: * Professional experience outside of Unity * Experience with Javascript and HTML5 * Experience with CI and build systems * Experience with automated testing (Unity edit mode and play mode tests) About Us: Product Madness burst into life in 2007 as the brainchild of two Stanford Business MBA graduates who possessed an innate love of gaming.
