We are now looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and well-connected individual to join our team in Chelsea Harbour, London. ABOUT THE ROLE As a member of the commercial team you will actively scout the mobile games market to generate and qualify potential customers for Flexion's service. In this role you will thrive using excellent outbound communication skills, a can-do commercial mind-set and a resilient attitude. Existing contacts within the mobile games industry would be a bonus. KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Identify, develop and manage new sales prospects within the mobile games industry. Target relevant employees of potential game developers, identify commercial opportunities, build and present Flexion's service, building solid relationships and supporting the Director of Games sourcing to generate a viable sales pipeline. * Support the Director of Games sourcing to bring contract negotiations to a successful close where relevant. * Generate ideas and solutions to widen the Developer outreach programme to Flexion's target customer base. * Attend industry events and trade-shows where relevant. * Contribute, maintain and provide reporting on Flexion's internal sales pipeline tool. * Support in the preparation of sales materials for various channels. * Act as the primary point of contact for day to day business operations relating to the sales pipeline. Requirements * Commercial mindset with the ability to prioritize accordingly. * Exceptional communication, interpersonal, negotation and relationship-building skills. * Excellent analytical skills and understanding of data-driven approaches. * Self-motivated and accountable team member. * Proactive and resilient attitude with a proven ability to developer new business from cold starts or dormant leads. * Experience with mobile games KPI's and business models. * Experience with contracts and preferably within the games industry. * Sufficient technical knowledge of and around apps, e.g. SDKs (IAP and UA). * Experience in handling or using a CRM system. * Passion for gaming, preferably within Mobile.
