The role of an Retention Account Manager is about much more than retaining customers. It is about keeping the nations fleets on the road through engaging existing clients in consultative discourse to get to the heart of their needs to provide ongoing support that keep their business and their fleet moving forward. Of course, this is a business development role, so driving revenue growth is the overriding success metric. like all Account Manager roles, this position comes with KPI measures and pressures to deliver targets, so resilience and determination are key. The Retention Account Manager role is that of a solution orientated individual with a can do attitude. You will be responsible for the management and retention of client relationships once the customer has passed their early life management with the company, the customer is situated in the growth team before this point. You will be tasked directly to maintain and improve the retention rate for the existing base We are looking for you to demonstrate how you use your personality to influence the customers behaviour, resulting in repeat custom and longevity from your client accounts. We see this as a crucial area of our business so the successful candidate will be excited by the pressures of reaching revenue growth targets and the chance to be recognised for your resilience and hard work.
