Overview

We are currently recruiting an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to work for a well regarded developer. This role is permanent and will be working out of a busy sales suite. New Homes Sales Advisor Salary up to £24,000 base with an OTE of £45,000 uncapped commission The developers working days are Thursday- Monday with 1 in 4 weekends off and the candidate must drive with access to their own transport. For this role duties will include: Meeting and greeting customers on site Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements Dealing with incoming sales enquiries Taking customers on viewings Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales Ensuring the sales suite is presentable Manage sales database and ensure it is up to date. Key requirements: Must hold a full drivers licence and access to your own vehicle Be confident using Computer systems including Microsoft Office Be very customer service focused and sales orientated Be immaculately presented Confidently work alone Be available to work flexible working hours including weekends
