Valuer - Norfolk

Our client is a successful and respected independent Estate Agent looking for a hungry, driven individual to join their expanding team. The key objective will be to generate valuation leads, attend valuations and win new instructions. This must be achieved whilst maintaining the highest standard of customer service. The ideal Sales Valuer will have the following experience: Minimum of 1 years' experience in Residential Property Listing or 2 years as a senior negotiator Expert local knowledge Highly driven and motivated Well presented with a confident manner Strong communication skills both written and verbal Full UK driving licence and own vehicle a must Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am-6pm, EVERY OTHER Saturdays 9AM - 4PM In return our client can offer a competitive basic DOE ,with realistic on target earnings £40,000 Mileage (45p per mile).
