Overview
This is a brilliant opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated and target driven Senior Sales Negotiator & experienced Lister to join a well-known and successful Independent Estate Agency. This is a rare opportunity to join an established branch in Kent which offers a generous scaled commission structure and earning potential. The successful candidate will be responsible for: · Generating and booking valuations · Carrying out market appraisals/valuations · Instructing properties · Conducting property viewings · Negotiating offers · Agreeing sales · Assisting with progressing sales through to exchange and completion To be considered for this opportunity; previous experience working within estate agency/property sales is essential. The ideal candidate will also have experience valuing and instructing properties. In return, my clients are looking to offer a basic salary of £20,000 per annum, with a realistic OTE of £30,000-35,000. A car allowance will also be offered. The successful candidate will work a 5 day working week to include some Saturdays. Please note, to be considered for this position a full driving licence is required.
