As a Business Development Executive you will be repsonsible for driving business growth and will have daily access to a high volume of hot sales leads, liaising with prospects who are either looking to buy or sell their property, all while using the latest tech via our outbound dialling system. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are comfortable when assessing a clients situation, have the ability to Identify new business opportunities through effective rapport building and who are passionate about agreeing on an option that will suite our clients needs best from the range of services Yopa have to offer, which include free valuations and associated services such as mortgages and conveyancing. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Liasing with prospective property buyers and sellers, building rapport and fact finding, establishing how best we can meet their needs Identifying new business sales opportunities to raise valuations and cross-selling our additional ancillary services such as mortgage advice, conveyancing support and Yopa bundles Pro actively nurturing clients until they’re ready to come to market with Yopa Promoting our brand and supporting existing and new customers, spotting any opportunity to support our customers further with their property selling/buying journey Brand Ambassador; demonstrating a positive and professional attitude / behaviour with every customer interaction Minimum Skills, Knowledge & Ability Requirements Excellent telephony call handling skills including questioning, probing, listening, establishing rapport, matching and closing Highly motivated with excellent work ethic Strong selling and negotiation skills Strong interpersonal skills; ability to make personal connections with prospects Good listening and decision-making skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong organizational skills; attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook An understanding of the Estate Agency industry is desirable Experience with SalesForce.com desirable Perks include Modern purpose built office, based within the Croxley Green Business Park with free shuttle bus service to and from Watford Junction Station Breakfast and refreshments available daily Free Parking on site Discounted gym membership Career Progression opportunities available including Apprenticeships In Customer Service Specialist, Level 3 (Equivalent to A-Level), Sales Execuitve, Level 4 (Equivalent to Foundation degree) and Team Leader, Level 3 (Equivalent to A-Level) Excellent office culture you won't find anywhere else About Yopa Winner of Best Online Agent for 2019 at UK Estate Agent of the Year awards Yopa is a leading UK-based full service, fair fixed fee estate agent.
