Brook Street Recruitment Peterborough are now recruiting for a new recruitment consultant. Do you have excellent communication skills and want to be rewarded for your achievements? You will be required to deal with clients face to face and via telephone so you must be professional and have excellent communication skills. A full driving licence is a must so you can visit your clients over the East Anglia area. The role will be to develop and build relationships with local employers and applicants in order to source and fill vacancies. You don`t need previous experience to join our team as a recruitment consultant, because we offer full induction training, as well as regular refresher sessions. However we are looking for key skills and attributes - Able to work as part of a highly proactive team. - Able to deliver sales results in a target driven sales environment. - Can be creative in generating new business. - Able to deliver the highest level of customer support. - A passion for exceeding expectations - Organised in your approach to work This is a full time role Mon - Fri 9:00 - 17:30pm - no weekend work required.
