You will be required to deal with clients face to face and via telephone so you must be professional and have excellent communication skills. A full driving licence is a must so you can visit your clients over the East Anglia area. You must be extremely orderings and be able to manage your own diary. You must be able to priorities your time and have excellent attention to detail. The role will be to develop and build relationships with local employers and applicants in order to source and fill vacancies. You don`t need previous experience to join our team as a recruitment consultant, because we offer full induction training, as well as regular refresher sessions. However we are looking for key skills and attributes - Able to work as part of a highly precative team. - Able to deliver sales results in a target driven sales environment. - Can be creative in generating new business. - Able to deliver the highest level of customer support. - A passion for exceeding expectations This is a full time role mo - frim 9:00 - 17:30pm Salary is 18-22k depending on experience. otic 30k with unpacked commission scheme.
