Job Overview: Managing a team of field based Account Managers the job is home based, out on the road 3 days per week Communicating a clear vision of what is expected, role modelling the required behaviours Setting objectives to drive and achieve KPIs - appraise performance of individuals - coach, train, engage Help team to define their own account and patch plans to achieve targets Help them to grow and in tern grow the area building a strong commercial business. Skills & Attributes: Proven track record of successfully increasing revenue and market share Strategic thinker - 5 years plus of managing sales teams - field based preferable Meticulous analytical planning skills - strong on Excel Confident at building relationships at Boardroom level A great influencer and a drive for results and beating commercial goals Sandiford Green operate as a recruitment agent on behalf of the client.
