Two Graduate Recruitment Consultants are needed for an immediate start to work within the technology sector of this multi-national business. Sector: Technology Recruitment The Role: Working from a thriving sales office you will be responsible for managing your own client base, managing assignments, interviewing prospective candidates and making placements. As the company has an excellent reputation you will spend the majority of your time developing existing accounts however new business generation is also expected. Talking to clients in the technology space you will need to be determined, have an outgoing personality with a competitive spirit. Prospects to move into management exist for successful individuals. The Company: One of the leading technology recruitment companies in the UK this privately owned business has integrity and trust at the core of its values. Due to expansion they now wish to recruit two graduate sales executives to put through a twelve month ISMM graduate sales training programme. Responsibilities will include: Developing accounts Winning assignments Interviewing candidates Managing placements For this Graduate position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria: Educated to degree level Graduate calibre Friendly Team player Ambitious and enthusiastic The Package for this Graduate Sales role: £20,000 Basic OTE £28,000 first year mobile gym membership
