Overview
A position has arisen within our client for a Business Development Executive to play a key part in their growing sales team. The role will involve outbound cold and warm sales calls to identify potential opportunities within new and existing clients, also to establish whether existing contacts are still in post, appropriate to the company’s services and that contact details are correct. The candidate will be expected to update the CRM system where appropriate and allocate calls to individual members of the team. Full service portfolio training will be provided. The Company: This company is a rapidly expanding independent consultancy . The company operates in a small environment where all employees are part of the team. The Location: This role is office based. The company’s offices are based in Stratford Upon Avon with easy access by rail, bus and road. The Candidate: • A proven track record in o Telesales o Data cleansing o Cold calling o Appointment setting • Strong communication skills • Self-motivated • Experience in a services sector is preferred but not essential The Package: Basic Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum, plus an excellent bonus & benefits scheme.
