The management team is open-minded and willing to consider applicants with no previous car sales experience Key Responsibilities: To sell and promote the sale of all new and used vehicles in line with all aspects of dealership and manufacturer standards Provide the highest levels of customer service - understanding the importance of repeat business To achieve both new and used vehicle sales targets along with additional finance and insurance products. Confidently build rapport with customers to identify and establish their needs, and proactively promote suitable vehicle features and benefits Key Requirements: You must have a minimum of 2 years sales experience, ideally within a retail KPI driven environment You must have a stable career history Willing to take instruction and learn whilst working the role Experience working within a defined sales process (desirable) A full clean UK driving licence This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a busy progressive brand and with a franchise who values their employees.
