Overview
Senior Supporter Relations Executive Telephone Fundraising for a Major International Christian Charity Based Twickenham Office 3 days with 2 days working from Home Office 30 MTS FROM WATERLOO, THE OFFICE IS NEAR TO THE STATION. We are seeking a Telemarketing Manager to help achieve our vision by help raising income along with a superb permanent team through successful Telemarketing methods. You will have A track record in Telephone Sales Ability to support and encourage team members to achieve its goals 60% Fundraising 40% Quality training. Reporting to Senior Management you will be contacting existing and lapsed supporters by telephone in order to develop and retain their financial support for the charity. You will also be responsible for the training of staff including volunteers and work experience staff on the campaigns. By encouraging supporting them in their relationship you will present a positive and professional impression of the charity and the marvellous work it does. It is important that you are a committed Christian You will be in the head Office near to Twickenham 30 mts from Waterloo on Tuesday/Wednesday and Thursday with Friday and Monday working from your home base.
