Sales Manager - Competitive basic commission annual bonus - car allowance - 5 weeks paid holiday ABOUT US My client is a very successful, well-established and professional B2B publishing company that produces both market - leading magazines and associated websites. Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit a Sales Manager ABOUT YOU Applicants for this Sales Manager role will need to be able to demonstrate a high level of experience of b2b media sales, both print and digital and provide evidence of success in building and then managing professional relationships with both customers and company peers. The job requires excellent sales , planning, organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and to tight and frequent production deadlines. It is essential to have the ability to work well in a small team environment and to demonstrate an effective and resourceful approach to achieving the company’s pre-determined revenue expectations The Sales Manager role is predominantly office based and responsibilities include: Achieve high volumes of prospective client calls. Liaise with other internal departments to ensure the smooth running of the business’ websites and magazines. Develop a good level of understanding of the markets that we serve and related products. Present in a structured professional manner via the telephone. Develop and maintain professional relationships with existing customers using all available methods of communication. Aim to consistently reach and exceed sales targets Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences and events in a professional manner.
