Overview
We are currently looking to add a skilled & experienced Bodyshop Manager to our excellent team. Main: Full Time / Permanent Competitive salary Responsibilities include: To manage the activities of staff members to achieve targets, plans and budgets To identify and improve customer service levels To have thorough knowledge of the complete product range including new technologies To establish and maintain excellent working relationships with our manufacturing partners, insurance companies and accident management company To provide reports on all activities with weekly forecasting & annual budgets To manage accounts in Cutol including GP KPI’s and accurate cost control using DRIVE To implement cash debt and WIP policies To create effective marketing campaigns & keep DRIVE updated To ensure every estimate and all paint stocks are controlled and margins are maximised What we're looking for: You must have experience managing in a Bodyshop Centre preferable in a franchised motor-trade environment You must have knowledge of the body repair processes and safety procedure required for vehicles You will have proven leadership & managerial skills You will have strong business acumen with the ability to monitor the production process You will have good administration and IT skills You will have a full and valid UK Driving Licence If you meet the criteria above, we would love to hear from you.
