Overview
Key responsibilities Identifying and developing client/candidate relationships. · Act in a prompt and swift manner with all new applications to lock in candidate introduction. Maintain a signed client database and build ongoing client relationships for the purposes of registering repeat roles. Assessing and responding to the needs of each candidate or assignment in accordance with the requirements from the client. · Sourcing suitable candidates either by headhunting, web farming, registering new applications or by contacting previously registered candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client. Sourcing suitable clients on behalf of suitable candidates looking for opportunities and to negotiate terms of business. Sourcing new clients based on a targeted geographical location based on candidate activity. Contacting suitable signed clients on behalf of a suitable candidate looking for opportunities. · Write a thorough and descriptive job advertisements and advertise vacancies inline with the company advertising policy. Managing the process through introduction and interview to offer stage and beyond. Managing placements by providing adequate 'placement care’ before and during a placement. Negotiating salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidate Offering CV, interview and general career advice Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities To successfully manage and direct a recruitment resourcer by; Providing weekly vacancy updates on current and previous weeks activity Providing target lists for focus jobs on current roles To communicate effectively on all active roles between consultant and resourcer. In addition to the above key responsibilities you will also be expected; To have excellent time management and organisational skills To operate to the specific Key Performance Indicators To work towards goals and targets on a quarterly basis To provide weekly commentary on desk activity to your line manager The ability to overcome objections The ability to approach your line manager for advice or concern.
