Do to this exciting times within the company they are looking to grow their Sales Team and recruit a top class Business Development Manager to join their team pay a Salary of £30,000 upwards depending on experience plus bonus. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Fully responsible for developing and managing the new business Successfully manage a select number of 3rd party managed leisure/pub groups, local wholesale businesses, food led outlets & premium retail outlets Negotiating contractual agreements Effective communication with all stakeholders Ownership of accounts and ability to make decisions Ability to manage marketing Achieving Monthly targets of selling bottles each month. Experience: 5 years’ experience in Sales (desirable) Food & Beverage Industry experience (required) Marketing skills (desirable) KEY ATTRIBUTES Solid sales and account management and new business development ideally within the food & beverage industry Passionate about working with a green company & sustainability Complete understanding of the sales and business development process across a multi-faceted account portfolio Commitment and motivation to achieve goals and exceed sales targets Comfortable working in an autonomous environment and managing own schedule Experience of working within a target driven and performance related environment Benefits: Bonus scheme 1% Commission on Substantial Sales Training Provided Should you be keen to work for an exciting, growing business and are a motivated experienced and driven sales professional please send an up to date CV to
