The client’s HQ is based in Singapore and has offices strategically based throughout Asia region which is a central hub to some of the world’s most captivating and exotic locations. The package This position will come at absolutely NO expense to the successful candidates: Full transfer package that includes all flights and first class accommodation Full access to golf courses, gymnasiums and swimming pools. Successful sales executives will have travel and leisure opportunities to some of the most captivating locations. Invitations to corporate events Sales executives will receive In-house sales training and on-going mentoring with world class sales and marketing mentors. Sales executives will be paid commission fortnightly Sales executives will receive a basic salary and uncapped earning with achievable OTE of year 1: £80,000 and year 2: £110,000 Excellent bonus and incentive schemes available on achieved sales The opportunity to grow within the company with career progression. Key duties: Calling and converting leads into business Achieving personal targets through sales Generating and growing accounts. Development and account management daily to maximise commercial opportunities. Engaging and communicating with high-level industry leaders and decision makers. Meet and exceed the KPI’s set. Requirements for the role: Successful track record in direct sales Highly self-motivated and driven to achieve targets. Confident with the ability to communicate with industry leaders and decision makers at all levels. Able to help the team achieve their targets by utilising the highest standards of product, market, and customer knowledge. Proactive in your approach and demonstrated success within a team.
