For our office in Nottingham we are currently looking for an experienced Credit Control Supervisor How You Will Impact WestRock MPS: Manage cash collection outsourcing relationship and governance covering UK & Irish sites with planned scope expansion across Europe. Function as a liaison between the businesses and outsource provider and escalation point for issues Partner with plant personnel, the Accounts Receivable team lead and outsource service provider to ensure cash received is reconciled and correctly allocated Ensure timely and accurate receipt of customer payments within communicated payment terms. Supervise and manage the Credit Control Team Manage the production of Debtors Reports Manage Customer ledgers ensuring timely reconciliation on Key Accounts Maximise cash receipts from customers Minimise number of overdue accounts Distribute work and ensure it is completed in a timely manner Allocate cash and report and monitor unallocated receipts Review the process of customer credit changes to bring in global credit limits Maintain accurate records for customer master data, ensuring invoices reflect the true ageing pattern for debtor reporting Ensure all WestRock polices are adhered to by outsource provider Act as escalation point for customers and internal stakeholders who are not receiving levels of service expected from Shared Service centre Lead standardisation of credit control processes and procedures including self billing arrangements Assist in implementation of new technologies including Cforia Debt Management Tool Assist in developing and implementing the strategy to expand the coverage of credit control shared services across Europe What you need to succeed: Previous experience in implementing and leading credit control shared services desired Strong communication skills and experience in interacting with both external customers and divisions Be able to proactively build relationships with customers and departments Project management support Strong problem-solving skills desired Must be very organised and systematic in approach to work Advanced MS Excel Good time management skills and be able to meet strict deadlines Willing to travel as required What we offer: Attractive salary A corporate culture based on integrity, respect, accountability and excellence A role in which you can prove and further develop your skills
