Senior Lettings Negotiator Do you want to earn WHAT CAN ONLY BE DESCRIBED AS AN OUTSTANDING basic salary of up to £32,500 depending on experience plus bonuses and therefore not be dependent on what commission you will be earning on a monthly basis? On target earnings are £40,000. Do you also want your weekends back as you will only need to work 1 in 3 Saturdays? All staff are expected to be all-rounders so basically everyone in the office can do everyone else's job. Senior Lettings Negotiator From winning new business to motivating your colleagues you must be professional in your approach to every aspect of the process of letting homes. Senior Lettings Negotiator Experience: - Previous Estate Agency lettings or sales experience is essential for this role Senior Lettings Negotiator Remuneration: Basic salary up to £32,500 depending on experience plus bonuses with on target earnings of £40,000. Working hours: 09:00 to 6:00 Monday to Friday and only 1 in 3 Saturdays from 09:00 to 4:00 with a day off during the week when you do work on a Saturday (5 day working week) Closed on Sundays.
