Co car provided ; Driver essential Days ; Mon - Friday ; Hours ; 9.00am - 6.00pm Sats (2 out of 4) ; 9.00am - 4.00pm Looking for candidates who want to work within the Bromley ( and surrounding) areas and also Central London SE11 area You will be joining an established, award winning branch - who have exceed all their targets over the previous years selling fabulous properties ranging from £850k - £3million You need to be a proactive, tenacious and driven sales negotiator, who enjoys exceeding targets and reaching goals. This role offers great opportunities, with great sales target incentives, along company car and realistic OTE of £45k Sales Negotiator roles 1 x covering Bromley Chislehurst & surrounding areas Marketing properties ; on line Identifying new clients Matching up requirements Keeping in contact with your client list and discussing current properties in their range and requirements Organizing open days Diarising viewings with vendor and attending when necessary Carry out relevant checks on buyers ; ensuring eligibility Offering appointments with company mortgage advisor if required Guiding and vendors and sellers through the sales process, dealing and managing all the contacts in the chain ; solicitors, surveyors, mortgage advisors, other agents Finalising sales and dealing with all due diligence - following GDPR and Data Protection rules and regulations etc Building up a professional reputation for offering 1st class service and therefore ensuring all your clients use your services repeatedly and recommend you.
