If so, this could be the opportunity for you Diamond Search Recruitment are delighted to be representing our client, an exciting, rapidly growing entrepreneurial craft distillery, providing high quality spirits that excite both the palate and the eye, with great branding, packaging, and most importantly great taste This role represents a really exciting opportunity in which you can demonstrate capability by securing sales and growing market share; ultimately with the option to then develop your career further and grow your own team For someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and the hunger to succeed, this is the ideal role Offering a base salary of c£22K with very attractive and uncapped commission, this is the opportunity to achieve a high earning potential Working remotely, you will cover a territory within East Kent / Sussex. The Role: Development of the retail sales market Generating leads, cold calling, making sales calls and booking your own appointments Presenting to clients, promoting the product range and securing new orders Working remotely, developing your sales territory within East Kent / Sussex Managing existing business and targeted sales development Grow customer base and market share Overseeing customer satisfaction and ensuring high standards Keeping accurate records / updating CRM to ensure no missed opportunities Attend trade shows / events as needed. Conduct on and off-premise staff training in targeted accounts, samplings, merchandising and drink features/specials The Ideal candidate: Experienced sales professional Ability to identify key opportunities, follow-up, service existing accounts, and close deals. A sales hunter who can develop the retail sales market The ability to cover a large territory and a willingness to pound the pavement and achieve results A motivated, self-starter Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to make successful presentations and secure new business Flexible schedule and availability Full drivers licence Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Conduct business with the highest level of integrity. A natural ability to build relationships with customers and portray sound commercial awareness.
