SALES MANAGER - HEMEL HEMPSTEAD - UP TO £30K BASIC UP TO £50K OTE A fantastic opportunity has arisen in HemelHempstead for a driven Sales Manager to join an extremely successful multi branch independent estate agent. This company will be there to support you all the way with your joint mission to take the branch to the next level. This independent Estate Agent only employ the very best people. They are looking for a motivated, driven and enthusiastic individual to increase their market share and join their mission to become the top agent in the town. In return , my client will offer a competitive package for the successful candidate and will supply them with all of the tools and support needed to enable them to be successful in this role. They want you to earn as much as you can so they will not cap your earnings and will always try to promote from within where possible. Key Skills : The position will require a professional and articulate individual with the ability to lead by example and offer a high degree of customer service and possess a proven track record in property sales. You will be target driven with the ability to win new listings together with excellent people and communication skills. Ideally you will have at least 2 years valuing experience and will be extremely good at it You will need a full driving licence Strong leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to sales progress property transactions and sell homes to potential buyers.
