We are expanding our operations, looking to grow our team, and have an impressive feature roadmap ahead.  As a relatively young company there is huge scope to grow and gain unprecedented exposure to different areas of the business.  TALENT SCOUT About the role As a LexStep Talent Scout you will have a firm understanding of the UK private practice (and, optionally, in-house) legal market, including the differences between particular employers, their practice areas, sector specialisms, culture and work undertaken by lawyers that work there. Your goal is to discover new passive, warm or active legal talent with a view to helping them find their dream position.  We look for people who can own new projects and manage themselves efficiently. The future of the role is limitless and we’re looking for people that can hone their current skills - and craft new ones - to be effective in other areas of the company. At our current stage of growth it's essential for us to hire the future leaders of the company now to keep our culture of promotion from within. On a daily basis, you’ll: Scout the market for outstanding legal talent through tools and existing networks such LinkedIn, engage in direct outreach, networking and other user-acquisition techniques, to actively promote LexStep and grow the LexStep membership; Develop employer-specific talent pools through scouting and (re-)engaging with new and existing LexStep members to understand more about their profile and preferences; Analyse user behaviour and drive (re-)engagement of existing members to ensure they maximise their chances of success on LexStep; Develop a deep understanding of top-tier legal practice, the difference between particular employers, their practice areas, sector specialisms and culture while undertaking research and data-analysis on behalf of employer and talent consultants to support active recruitment projects  Enjoy an active lifestyle, the adrenaline rush of facilitating successful matches, and the excitement of providing value to people on an individual and daily basis.
