Funds Associate: 3PQE
Overview
A global law firm is recruiting a 3PQE funds lawyer to join its asset management and funds team in London. The successful candidate will have experience of working on funds transactions or with asset managers. You will gain excellent experience, undertaking a variety of funds work, including fund establishment, institutional investment into funds, asset management M&A, commercial contract work and providing regulatory advice to asset managers and their clients. Your clients will include market leading asset managers, pension funds and banks. There is a competitive remuneration package for this role (up to £95,000 base salary, depending on experience). The firm will also consider exceptional common law qualified lawyers, including from Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.
