Overview
Commercial Senior Paralegal Chadwick Nott are now recruiting for experienced Commercial Paralegals who may be interested in an in house opportunity based in Manchester. The role will involve advising on, negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, procurement contracts such as IT and telecoms. confidentiality and non disclosure agreements The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and will have completed the LLB and the LPC. You will have also gained experience in a leading commercial department, an ability to speak to stakeholders at various levels of seniority and may potentially have supervised junior members of staff. The role may involve some travel across the UK and internationally. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly rated team and to gain exposure to some excellent quality work, with plenty of prospects for progression.
