Then this might be the job for you We are looking for a `360’ Recruitment Consultant to work at our busy office based in Sutton Coldfield Town Centre, previous Recruitment experience is essential but the Industry sector is flexible. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in Business Development, however we will provide you with access to Social Media, an extensive Recruitment database and continued support and training and development. The role of Recruitment Consultant will include: Working to sales objectives and financial targets Generating new business from a range of warm and existing Clients Sourcing candidates from a range of Job Boards, our existing database and through Linked In and Social Media Building relationships with both Clients and Candidates Interviewing candidates face to face and via Skype and WhatsApp A proactive approach to obtaining business and developing long standing relationships with Clients Undertaking Client meetings and visits to identify requirements for staff Attending local networking groups and meetings as required Benefits for the Recruitment Consultant: Attractive salary depending on experience paying up to £25,000 basic Uncapped, realistic OTE of up to 25% of the commission payable Up to 6 weeks Holiday Early finish on a Friday Various financial incentives plus nights out, theatre trips, meals and `time off` Laptop and Mobile phone If you are interested in the above or would like to have a `confidential` chat please email me advising when is the best time for me to contact you.
