Private Patient Coordinator (Telephone Only) Central London Up to £28,000 Our client is a Leader in High End Aesthetic Surgery Clinics and are seeking a Permanent Private Patient Coordinator to join their Private Clinic on Harley Street. You'll be talking to patients over the phone regarding various aesthetic treatments and will be targeted on converting the call into a booking. You must be able to project a positive and bubbly attitude on the phone, establish relationships quickly and have the ability to gain commitment from the patient. You will need to have an excellent, professional, telephone manner and be willing to assist in other areas should the need arise. You must also have some medical experience preferably in the aesthetic field The Full Time working hours are between 9:30am to 8pm Monday to Friday (and may include some Saturdays in the future) and would total 40 hours per week. The primary goals of the Patient Care Coordinators is to reach their booking targets and at the same time deliver outstanding patient care.
