Account Director Salary:£50k basic, £150k OTE (uncapped) car allowance, private health and pension. Basic & OTE based on experience The Client The client is a well-established multi-award winning, and highly regarded systems integrator company in the UK that leads there field in Network and Cyber Security focused solution and services They believe in high customer service values and developing on-going relationships with customers and as such are regarded highly within the industry. You will be joining a focused, close knit team which needs to expand owing to company growth. The Role We are recruiting for an experienced networking focused Account Director to manage some existing accounts and develop new business around the UK Identifying and developing new business interests Building relationships with accounts and ensuring all sales opportunities are utilised Liaising with internal sales representatives regarding lead generation, quotation requests etc. Conducting sales and technical presentations Preparing a detailed geographical sales strategy to guarantee achievement of targets Sustaining an accurate CRM database (Salesforce) Maintaining excellent industry and product knowledge and conducting regular analysis of competitors activity, products and prices The Candidate As a successful Account Director applicant you must be able to demonstrate a track record of achieving gross margin targets within IT networking based sales, both overseeing existing clients and generating new accounts. You must have strong written and verbal communication skills, a self-motivated and target driven individual with excellent decision making abilities will excel in this role. Experience with vendors such as HP (Aruba), Cisco, Extreme, Dell, Juniper and other networking vendors is considered very important. Work and proven track record in the public sector would also be desirable. Due to the nature of the position candidates must hold a full, UK driving licence and their own clean and appropriate vehicle (car allowance and business mileage is provided).
