Overview

This premium homeware and design retailer have an exciting opportunity for their beautiful showroom in Reading. With a package up to £45,000 plus fantastic benefits and development opportunities. As store manager you will be accountable for the store as if it were your own business. You will have the support of a seasoned head of retail but a huge amount of autonomy will be given to you in order to drive the success of the store. You will have the ability to take P&L ownership for your site and react quickly to ensure the profitability of the business. Your understanding of homeware trends and ability to make commercial quick wins will also be a key part of your success with the business. You will lead and inspire a service focused team and really support them in their own development and delivering the best customer experience. This is not a sales type of role. This is about working with design led individuals in order to deliver a quality service on a quality product. The business has over 25 stores across the UK and are continuing to refine and improve their business offering. Key product areas are kitchen design, home furniture, accessories and styling.
