Overview

Role - Parts Supervisor Location - Stockport Salary: £25,000 OTE £44,000 Richard Abson Group are looking for an experienced Parts Supervisor to join a prestige car dealership in the Stockport area. Role Responsible for the parts performance of the site and for delivery of the business plan including controlling cost management for the department. Preparing and keeping under tight control department reports including stock control (negative, non-stock, parts status), parts procurement and special order parts. Managing the completion of perpetual stock checks and full department stock checks. Managing, coaching and motivating employees to foster team development including the completion of regular staff 1-2-1’s and Appraisals to review the level of target achievement. Maintain a display of goods in parts and sales areas. Accessories are to be displayed to a high standard and priced showing promotion of goods. To have a marketing plan in place for the retail side of the business involving promotion of goods, sales targets, forecast of sales and direct profit. Ensure local and Trade Associations policies, procedures and minimum standards are met and that all statutory requirements including trading standards, vehicle and consumer legislation, fire, health and safety etc are adhered to.
