Search Consultancy is currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join an excellent team based in Irvine and also Troon. This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding business and a chance to take your managerial career to the next level in a business that will fully support career progression. You will be working with a performing team who consistently exceed store targets. Salary is competitive and DOE Commission Bonus Working 37.5 hours over 7days. You will be responsible for leading a successful team, with the full support of a dedicated Regional Sales Manager. You will be focused on delivering an exceptional customer service, taking full ownership of your store and growing business in your local area, and becoming a mentor to your team to help them with their own development and success.
