Sales Executive £17,000 - £20,000 DOE Uncapped Commission Preston I'm currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to join an expanding, market leading company. My client supplies both bespoke and personalised stock to customers via its website and sales team, supplying businesses and wholesalers with their range of unique products. My client is one of the fastest growing companies in the world at the moment and this is an opportunity to move into a fast paced environment to help the company grow further. The Job The Sales Executive is a key member of the business, specifically assisting the sales manager's within an allocated region. A key part of the role is to efficiently answer customer queries both offline and online to ensure a smooth transition from design and enquiry to delivery of goods. The Sales Executive role is incredibly varied, but will involve contacting businesses to discuss the products and take orders. You will need to build relationships with your customers, advising them of new products and taking orders, but you will also research new businesses to contact and generate new business. The product pretty much sells itself, so the company is looking for hard workers; people who want to invest their time and energy into their role, earn good money, through a generous basic salary and great commission structure and progress within this fast paced, growing company. A background in B2B sales is required. The Role Contact prospective customers via various communications including outbound calling to generate high quality leads & pipeline Use product knowledge to showcase the product they have to offer Follow up with potential clients in a professional and timely manner Apply a positive customer service attitude in communications with all customers. Be able to establish a positive rapport with all potential clients Act as the point of contact and handle client's individual needs Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth Use database, CRM or other software to track progress with new prospects Report on the status of accounts and transactions Achieve and track individual sales account targets and KPIs Attend trade shows / exhibitions across the United Kingdom / Internationally Package: A competitive salary of c£17,000 to £20,000, plus a very good commission structure 20 days holiday entitlement plus bank holidays Free parking Government Pension Scheme Working Hours Mon 9-6pm Tues - Thurs 9.5.30pm Fri - 9-5pm If you have not received a response within one week, then please assume that on this occasion, you have not been shortlisted.
