So what will an average day look like for you? You'd be completing daily tasks such as: Following the full 360 recruitment cycle, end to end filling permanent or temporary Office Support vacancies Generating new business - through cold calling, following up leads and candidate leads Meeting prospective clients and taking job briefings Sourcing new candidates. Meeting and screening prospective candidates. Attending recruitment fairs and going out for the occasional Friday drink in the office What we are looking for: We are seeking a candidate with proven experience running a successful desk, preferably within the commercial sector with a minimum of 2 years experience within the recruitment industry. You will be a driver and live within a commutable distance of Croydon and most importantly you will be driven, enthusiastic and passionate about what you do - like we are What we can offer in return: A WARM DESK, covering the Croydon, Redhill, Surrey area.
