Read on The Offering As a sales executive for my client you would be selling to C-Suite business professionals on the daily. They are a bespoke brand on the marketplace with a broad range of clients in the UK and US. They also invest heavily in staff - one year into the job and the business would have spent over £36,000K on your training and development £25K basic, plus uncapped commission (one sales executive made £55K in his first year with no prior experience) Yearly training in America to top up your knowledge and liaise with the US contingent of the business. Mentorship from experienced sales executives when you join the business. The Role The day to day of the job is varied, fast paced and exciting. You would be doing the following: Meeting in the morning with your colleagues to discuss the day ahead and plan accordingly for it. 2 hours of business development to follow up leads/confirm meetings. Meet clients and tailor the clothing to suit their requirements. Give excellent customer service to all clients. Utilise every opportunity to upsell and ask for referrals. The Requirements 6 months plus experience in a sales or recruitment setting. Experience working towards targets. Articulate, confident and presentable. Excellent time management skills.
